You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to buy or sell on KalaHubIndia.

KalaHubIndia is a marketplace. Sellers are independent third parties responsible for their listings, product quality and statutory compliance. VGODIGITAL facilitates the transaction and is not the manufacturer of listed products unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@kalahubindia.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Prices are displayed in INR and include GST where applicable. We may correct pricing or inventory errors before dispatch. Acceptance of an order is confirmed only when payment is captured and the order is dispatched.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy governs eligibility, timelines and refund modes.

Sellers must list only authentic products, hold valid GSTIN where required, deliver within SLA, honour returns and comply with applicable laws (Consumer Protection Act, Legal Metrology, etc.). Repeated violations lead to suspension.

You may not: post counterfeit goods, infringe IP, attempt to defraud the platform, scrape data, upload malicious code, or use KalaHubIndia for any unlawful purpose.

All marks, logos, software and content on KalaHubIndia are owned by VGODIGITAL or its licensors. Product listings remain the property of the respective sellers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGODIGITAL's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of KalaHubIndia is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
