How it works
- Orders are dispatched from the seller's warehouse with a tracking number sent to your email and SMS.

- Delivery is OTP-protected for orders over ₹2,000.
- Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹10,000 in serviceable PIN codes.
- For multi-seller orders, each parcel ships and tracks independently.
International orders
We support exports to most countries with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU options. Customs duties, where applicable, will be shown at checkout.
Undelivered & failed attempts
Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times. After this, the parcel is returned to the seller and a refund (minus return shipping) is processed within 5–7 business days.
