You can apply without GST registration. GST is required only where the law requires it for your turnover or product category. Our seller team tells you during onboarding whether your specific case needs it.

Is there a fee to register as a seller?

Registering and submitting a seller application is free. Commercial terms, including the commission applicable to your category, are shared and confirmed with you during onboarding before you list.

Do I need a website or an existing online store?

No. You do not need a website, a social media store or prior online-selling experience. Everything you need — listings, orders, payouts — is managed from your seller dashboard.

How long does seller onboarding take?

Onboarding time depends on how quickly your verification documents and product photos are ready. Once your documents are verified and your first listings are approved, your products go live.

How do I receive payment for my orders?

Payment for each order is settled to the bank account registered on your seller profile after the order is successfully delivered. A GST invoice is generated automatically for every order.

Who handles delivery and shipping?

You pack the order and hand it to the assigned courier partner at pickup. Shipping is arranged through the platform, and tracking is shown to you and to the buyer.

What happens if a buyer returns a product?

Returns follow the marketplace return policy published on the site. The returned item is inspected, and the outcome affects the payout for that order. Our seller team supports you through any dispute.

Can I sell in bulk to corporate or wholesale buyers?

Yes. Verified sellers can receive bulk enquiries for corporate gifting, joining kits and wholesale orders in addition to regular retail orders.

Can I sell if I live in a village or small town?

Yes. Sellers apply from villages, towns and craft clusters across India. Courier pickup availability for your pin code is confirmed during onboarding.

Bank account details

A bank account in your or your business's name for receiving payouts after orders are delivered.

A government ID such as Aadhaar or PAN, used to verify that you are a genuine seller.
