    What you need to start selling

    These are the only things required to complete onboarding. If something is missing, our seller team helps you arrange it.

    Your contact details

    A working phone number (WhatsApp preferred) and an email address our team can reach you on.

    Product photographs

    Clear photos of each product on a plain background. Our team guides you if you need help improving them.

    Bank account details

    A bank account in your or your business's name for receiving payouts after orders are delivered.

    Identity proof

    A government ID such as Aadhaar or PAN, used to verify that you are a genuine seller.

    GST — only if applicable

    GST registration is required only where the law requires it for your turnover or product category. You can apply without it.

    Packaging capability

    The ability to pack an order safely for courier pickup. We share packing guidance during onboarding.

      Go live on the marketplace

      Approved listings appear on KalaHubIndia with your own seller storefront page.

    5. Step 5

      Pack and dispatch orders

      You receive an order notification, pack the item, and hand it to the courier partner for pickup.

    6. Step 6

      Receive your payout

      Payment for the order is settled to your registered bank account after successful delivery, with a GST invoice issued automatically.
