    2. Information we collect

    • Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed), profile picture, role (customer / seller / delivery partner).
    • Order data: shipping & billing addresses, items purchased, payment status, GST details.
    • Seller verification data: business name, GST number, ID proof type and uploaded verification documents (stored in a private bucket).
    • Device & usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, clicks, referrers and crash logs.
    • Communications: messages with support, reviews and feedback you submit.

    3. How we use your information

    • Process orders, payments, invoices (GST compliant) and delivery.
    • Verify sellers and delivery partners.
    • Improve the platform, train product-listing AI on aggregated data and prevent fraud.
    • Send transactional messages (orders, OTPs, refunds) and — only with your consent — marketing emails.
    • Comply with Indian law (GST, IT Act, consumer protection regulations).

    4. Sharing of information

    We share data only with: (a) verified sellers fulfilling your order, (b) logistics partners delivering it, (c) payment processors, (d) cloud and analytics providers under strict contracts, and (e) authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

    We use essential cookies (login, cart, security) and optional analytics cookies. You can disable optional cookies in your browser settings.

    6. Data security

    All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed. Verification documents are stored in private storage and accessed only via short-lived signed URLs. Access to production systems is restricted by role.

    8. Children

    Our services are not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
