Cancellation Policy
Cancel any order before it is dispatched — full refund, no questions asked.
Before dispatch
Go to My Orders and click Cancel. You'll receive a 100% refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can refuse delivery, or accept it and raise a return per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Non-cancellable orders
- Custom-made or personalised products once production has started.
- Bulk / wholesale corporate orders confirmed via RFQ.
- Perishables and made-to-order food / beauty items.
